Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

Cowrywise, a leading financial technology company in Lagos, NG, is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Customer Care Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or related fields.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, including troubleshooting technical problems. 3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Proactively identify and address potential problems to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up to date on product updates and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a cooperative attitude. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency with computer programs and customer service software. 5. Experience in financial services or tech industry is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
