Job Description:


Fidelity Bank is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Provide information about products and services offered by Fidelity Bank - Process customer requests for account changes or updates - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online banking platforms - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting - Analytical and planning skills - Bilingual in English and a local language is a plus
