Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Airtel Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lagos. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online customers through various communication channels such as chat, email, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Assist in developing and implementing customer service procedures and policies - Monitor online reviews and respond accordingly - Meet and exceed customer service metrics and targets - Continuously improve customer care processes and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Critical thinking and people management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
