Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fidelity Bank in Abuja, NG. As a full-time Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our online banking clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat, email, and phone calls - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process customer transactions and account changes accurately - Educate customers on our online banking services and assist with troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Maintain customer records and documentation accurately - Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience in a similar role - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate team members
