Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Ikeja Electric in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, service requests, and technical support - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Leadership skills and ability to make decisions independently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and online platforms - Experience with CRM software is a plus
