As an Online Customer Success Specialist at Union Bank of Nigeria in Port Harcourt, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive and seamless online banking experience for our customers. You will work closely with customers to address their concerns, provide support, and offer solutions to any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via online chat, email, and phone to provide support and assistance with online banking services - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online banking platforms - Educate customers on how to use online banking tools effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any complex customer issues - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the online banking experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure top-notch customer service
