Job Description:
PwC Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Ibadan. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing our online customer support operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives to effectively respond to customer inquiries and issues via various online platforms - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer support - Train and onboard new team members to ensure consistent service quality - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in online customer support management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and proactively address customer needs - Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for customer service - Strong persuasion skills to influence customer satisfaction and retention - Proficiency in customer relationship management software and online communication tools - Knowledge of web analytics and customer support metrics - Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
