Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description: AB InBev is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Officer in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Online Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond accordingly - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate issues as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy - Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for customer service - Strong soft skills, including innovation and time management - Experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required
