Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

DHL is seeking an enthusiastic Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Online Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for managing online chat conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide information and assistance. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. - Keep accurate records of all chat conversations and customer interactions. - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Continuously look for ways to improve the online chat process and suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat role. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Resourceful and hardworking attitude. - Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions. - High school diploma or GED equivalent. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
