Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

UBA Group is seeking a talented and dedicated Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and possess strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude while handling a high volume of chat interactions. 3. Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that may benefit them. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 5. Document all chat interactions accurately and thoroughly in the customer database. 6. Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation. 3. Proficiency in using online chat and customer service software. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
