Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Paystack is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support and assistance to our customers in Ibadan, Nigeria. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Educate customers on product features and services - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and processes - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and company goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members - Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
