Globacom is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis in Abuja, Nigeria. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of relevant experience in a customer support role - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and organizational skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
