Job Description:
Paystack is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the customer support team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is independent, driven, and possesses exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and efficiency - Supervise and mentor a team of support agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Analyze support metrics and develop action plans to address any performance issues - Collaborate with other departments to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the support team - Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent support delivery
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Proven track record of successfully managing a support team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Experience in strategic planning and cooperation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of the payment industry is a plus
