Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team at Nestlé in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the support team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team - Provide guidance and support to team members - Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain support policies and procedures - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Proficient in time management and teamwork - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
