Support Representative - Work from home

Job description:

Flutterwave is looking for a dedicated Support Representative to join our team and work remotely from home in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with any technical issues or inquiries they may have about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide feedback to the product development team to improve our products and services - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Strong presentation and strategic planning skills - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - High-speed internet connection - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
