Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at Cowrywise, a leading financial technology company based in Abuja, NG. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients via email, phone, and chat support. You will assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on using our platform effectively. Your role will also involve identifying and escalating any issues that require further attention from our technical team.
In addition to customer support, you will be tasked with conducting presentations and training sessions for clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our products. Therefore, strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence are essential for this role. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
To succeed in this role, you must be an independent and confident individual who is able to work remotely without direct supervision. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results. Additionally, you should be comfortable taking calculated risks and exploring new ideas to drive growth and innovation within the company.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Experience in financial services or tech support is a plus
