Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Andela is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a full-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable and adaptable, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through web chat, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize data and analytics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of web chat interactions. 3. Collaborate with team members to address customer escalations and ensure resolution. 4. Use problem-solving skills to identify and address root causes of customer issues. 5. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. 5. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms. 6. Experience leveraging data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
