Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Nestlé is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This position is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Lagos, NG. The chosen candidate will work at an Associate level and should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and order assistance to customers - Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide support as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven experience in customer service or sales - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer service tools - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
