Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Ernst & Young is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and adaptability skills - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent typing skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
