Job Description:
Ikeja Electric is seeking a highly experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Lagos, Nigeria. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing the web chat customer service team and ensuring a seamless and efficient online customer support experience.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of web chat agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve response times, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency of the web chat platform - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Provide leadership and guidance to the web chat team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve the quality of service provided - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
