Restaurant Manager

1. • Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
   • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
   • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
   • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
   • Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
   • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
   • Ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service always.
   • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
   • Proactively seek feedback from guests to improve the dining experience continually.
   • Manage restaurant budget and expenses, including labour costs, food and beverage costs, and overhead expenses.
   • Monitor sales and revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings.
   • Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
   • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
   • Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to engage with customers and drive traffic to the restaurant.
     

Requirements

• 3 years Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service.
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification is a plus.
