Sales Executive (Plastic Manufacturing/Waste Mgt)

Our client is a plastic manufacturing and waste management company seeking to employ a result driven sales and marketing executive to actively engage individual and corporate customers in selling our company's products and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive. A person who can generate unique sales plans, create engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, develop pricing strategies, and meet marketing and sales human resource objectives. Responsibilities: Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Generating new customers /addition to customer base. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Identifying market potential, prospects, generating sales leads and converting potential into actual customers. Executing sales plans and activities as may be directed from time to time by Management. Requirements and skills: BSc/HND in Marketing or another similar field Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
