Sales manager

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve the sales target.
  
• Exprience in the sales of frozen foods is very important
• Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and meet sales targets.
  
• Monitor the performance of sales representatives, assigning daily tasks to meet the sales target.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs.
  
• Analyze competitor activities and provide updates on products and pricing.
  
• Identify new potential clients both inside and outside Lagos. We are looking for more customers outside Lagos; therefore, frequent trips may be required.
  
• As the team leader, you are responsible for meeting the sales targets for yourself and other sales representatives
  

Requirements

• This position is open and preferable to a male candidate
  
• 3 years of experience in the frozen fish business
  
• Willingness to travel
