Shift supervisor

Our client, a reputable firm in the Plastic Manufacturing Industry is recruiting to fill the position of Shift Supervisor Job Title: Shift Supervisor Location:SANGO-OTA Responsibility

• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts,and oversee their progress
• Handles customers and employees complaints
• Train and integrate new workers
• Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met
• Ensure industries rules and regulations are followed
• Transfer products and other objects to and from the work shop.

Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits. Requirements: A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering At least 5-6years experience in supervision role. Should have exposure to MS office and ERP system.
