Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, and possess strong research and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to internal departments and external clients - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist with project coordination and implementation - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 2+ years of experience in a support role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with remote work tools and technologies - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in project management software is a plus
