3D ARCHITECT

• Develop and maintain 3D models of architectural projects using SketchUp.
• Create realistic renderings and visualizations using Vray.
• Assist with the preparation of design drawings and construction documents (knowledge of SIE supervision is a plus).
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of 3D models.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and architectural visualization.
• May participate in client presentations and meetings.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience as a 3D Architecture or similar role.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality visualizations (plus point if you have an artistic background).
• Knowledge of Site Inspection & Evaluation (SIE) supervision (preferred).
