Please note: This is a one (1) year contract role. Scope & Dimension of the Role
The Supply Finance manager helps achieve RB annual and periodic Net Revenue/Gross Margin targets and supports the Supply Finance team by developing/revising standard costs for new/existing products conducting sourcing analysis monitoring and controlling Supply overheads and ensuring optimum inventory levels and monitoring and controlling Direct Labor costs.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Strategic
- Develop standard cost structure to be used for quarterly forecast annual plan and actual reporting.
- Submission of quarterly and annual transfer prices to region.
- Identify areas of improvement in gross margin so as to contribute to RB Pakistan s overall profitability.
Operational
- Maintain optimum level of stocks and highlight slow moving/nonmoving stocks. Making timely accrual of SLOBS. Inventory validation and reconciliation of Cardex vs general ledger.
- Drive cost savings by giving visibility to management before commitment; ensure no runover making timely provisions to reflect true overheads in the P&L.
- Actively participate in regional submission of quarterly forecasts and annual plan
- Ensure strict cost control develop/revise standard costs for new/existing products; monitor and control Direct Labour costs; track cost variances including PPV.
- Prepare Factory Operation Statement (FOS) and issue FOS and Dashboard reports to the Supply Leadership team.
- Regional submission of quarterly Forecasts annual plan and New Year Data setup in JDE.
Requirements
Competence Required
Professional Qualification & Experience
- Educated to a minimum of bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Supply Finance in an FMCG company
