Personal Assistant

• Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, handling correspondence and inquiries.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.

• Arrange travel plans, accommodation, and itineraries as needed.

• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.

• Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives

• Assist in the coordination and execution of special events or projects.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Streamline communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

• Anticipate needs and proactively handle administrative tasks to optimize efficiency.

• Perform various administrative duties to support the executive team.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

- Advanced proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour

- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

- Prior experience in a healthcare or related field is advantageous

- B.Sc. or Equivalent
