• · Learning and Development for National Staffs
• · Compensation and Benefits Management for National Staffs  
• · HR Policies/ Strategies for National Staffs
• · HR MIS For National Staffs Employee Engagement Activities For National Staffs
• · Disciplinary Matters for National Staffs
• · Health and Safety for National Staffs
• · HR Compliances For National Staffs
• · Application of IT in HR

Requirement

• · B.Sc degree in Human Resources or related field.
• · A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a management role.
• · Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages & ERP systems (Knowledge of Navision& SharePoint will be an added advantage).
• · Hands-on experience with HR software.
• · Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• · Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• · Interpersonal Skills
