We are seeking a skilled HR recruitment specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting screening and selecting qualified individuals to fill our job openings. This role requires a keen eye for talent excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability for the position.
Prepare adequate reports on candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines
Proven track record of success in executivelevel recruitment and talent acquisition.
Extensive experience in sourcing screening and selecting executive candidates.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
