Job Description

• We seek a dynamic and outgoing Accountant Advocate to join our vibrant team at Flex Finance.
• The Accountant Advocate at Flex Finance will be crucial in bridging the gap between Flex Finance and the accounting community.
• This role involves engaging with accountants, understanding their challenges, and advocating for solutions that align with their needs while promoting Flex Finance’s products and services.

Responsibilities / Key Outcomes
Community Engagement:

• Host at least four webinars per quarter, with a target attendee satisfaction rate of 85%.

Content Creation:

• Publish a minimum of two blog posts and one tutorial or case study per month, specifically for accountants.
• Achieve an average reader engagement time of over three minutes per article and a 15% increase in tutorial or case study viewership quarterly.

Feedback and Innovation:

• Conduct monthly surveys or feedback sessions with accountants, aiming for a response rate of at least 30%.
• Implement at least two major product enhancements or new features per year based on accountant feedback.

Educational Initiatives:

• Organize and conduct at least one educational session or workshop for accountants each quarter with a target attendance of 50+ participants per session.
• Achieve a post-session feedback score of 4.5/5 or higher.

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant (ICAN)
• Proven experience in the accounting industry with a deep understanding of accountants’ needs and challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a professional audience.
• Experience in creating specialized content for the accounting sector.

Preferred:

• Experience in a community engagement or customer-facing role within the accounting sector.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media engagement.
• Practical knowledge of Flex Finance’s platform and services.
