Job Summary

  • We are looking for a talented Business Development / Marketing Personnel to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the hospital's patient base and service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including physicians, clinics, and community organizations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hospital's services and brand.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
  • Organize and participate in community events and outreach initiatives to raise awareness of the hospital.
  • Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and medical staff, to ensure alignment with the hospital's goals and objectives.
  • Provide support and training to staff on business development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and/or marketing in the healthcare industry is compulsory.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Must be able to write proposal that is clear, concise, and compelling proposals to win new business and partnerships. Ensure proposals align with the hospital's objectives and values.
