Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Jumia in Abuja, Nigeria. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO) - Analyze data to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that engages our target audience - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing strategies remain competitive - Work with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices - Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
