UBA Group is looking for a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. 2. Develop social media strategies to engage our target audience and increase followership. 3. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance. 4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. 7. Assist in the creation of content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns. 8. Monitor and respond to customer feedback on digital platforms. 9. Optimize website content for SEO and user experience. 10. Assist in the management of digital advertising budgets and campaigns.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Adaptable and hardworking personality traits. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for research.
