Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at NNPC Limited. This is a full-time, remote position based in Abuja, Nigeria, with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. 2. Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other online channels. 3. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve company goals. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and deliverables. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies. 6. Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. 7. Work closely with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials for various campaigns and initiatives. 8. Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. 5. Ability to work independently and with a high level of dedication to achieve results. 6. Emotional intelligence and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
