Digital Marketing Manager

9mobile, a leading telecommunications company in Nigeria, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Lagos. As a full-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention - Manage all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and mobile app - Analyze campaign performance data and make strategic recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth - Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Ability to conduct thorough research to inform marketing strategies
