Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Shell. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to showcase your skills while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads - Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns - Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - Proven working experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years of experience - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Must be resilient and resourceful, able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
