Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Shell Nigeria is seeking a motivated and resilient Marketing Assistant to join our team in Abuja. The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns - Support the Marketing Manager in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Maintain and update marketing materials, including print and digital content - Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong attention to detail and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software
