Marketing Associate

Job Description:

MainOne is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This role will require a high degree of creativity, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote MainOne's products and services. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with business goals. 4. Create content for marketing materials, such as brochures, website copy, and social media posts. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and generate reports to track ROI. 6. Assist in organizing events, such as product launches and customer conferences. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and generate leads. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools. 5. Hardworking and resourceful with a strong attention to detail. 6. Adaptability and emotional intelligence to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
