The Sales Associate's role involves acquiring loan customers, generating revenue through an efficient collection system, and increasing revenue within existing client portfolios through wallet growth and repeat sales. Additionally, the Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and reaching out to new clients and businesses within their assigned region. Providing exceptional service delivery satisfaction is a crucial aspect of the role. Achieve set asset (loan) growth. Always deliver an excellent client experience, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded. Sourcing of customers to access the Company's products and services. Building and maintaining relationships with clients. Identifying target markets and sales tactics to improve product offerings. Booking of loans and ensuring collection of repayments. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. Extensive technical knowledge of how technology can be used to enhance business operations. Ensures compliance with the company’s values, policies, and standards, and ensures compliance with all local statutory requirements. Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills: HND or B.SC in / Business Administration / Marketing / Sales / related disciplines Post NYSC and previous industry experience in a Finance company as a sales staff is highly recommended. People without prior industry experience need not apply.
