Job Description
• Generating new business leads
• Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements
• Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
• Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
• Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Experience in the FCMG industry
• Charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethics
• Entrepreneurial spirit to manage your own book of business.
• Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency and commitment to providing the best customer service.
• Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience selling farm produce such as eggs, old layers, POLs, poultry manure, etc.
  
• An animal science background is a plus
  
• Either a B.Sc or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  
• Experience in the FCMG industry
  
• Charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic
