Video and Motion Designer

Role Overview

• We are seeking a talented and creative Video and Motion Designer to join our team.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our brand identity through compelling video content.
• The Video and Motion Designer will work closely with the brand designer, marketing team, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality videos and motion content that reflect Fincra's brand and ambition.
• You will prepare and plan video production projects with the content team.
• You will work to bring static images to life, through your ability to create graphics that are in motion using visual effects, animation, and other cinematic techniques.

What you will be doing every day

• Conceptualize and execute video projects that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Produce engaging video content for a range of purposes, including promotional videos, product demonstrations, social media content, and corporate videos.
• Work closely with the marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Shoot and edit video footage using industry-standard equipment and software, ensuring high production quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and incorporate innovative techniques into our video content.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in video editing, and motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Experience with camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording equipment.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles, visual aesthetics, and brand identity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong passion for creativity.
