Job Description:

Ernst & Young is seeking a talented and experienced Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate-level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and driven individual with excellent negotiation and decision-making skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance the company's presence and reputation - Create engaging content for various online platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website - Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online communication strategies - Handle any online communication crises effectively and in a timely manner - Represent the company online in a professional and positive manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online communications or digital marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Resilient and driven attitude - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
