Job Description:
NNPC Limited is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant conversations - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of social media campaigns - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand - Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills
