Social Media Manager

Job Description:

SLB is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer partnerships - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels - Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers to build a loyal fan base - Stay informed on industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Manage social media budgets effectively and efficiently

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 0 years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Independent and confident personality - Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns
