Job Description - Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job description:


Standard Chartered Bank is looking for a Social Media Manager to work remotely from Abuja, Nigeria. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Create and curate engaging content for social media posts - Monitor social media analytics and report on key performance metrics - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Confident and independent personality - Problem-solving and planning skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
