Account Executive

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  
• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting
  
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles
  
• Experience using inventory management systems
  
• Proficiency in sales computations and report preparation
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention -to -detail skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  

Responsibilities

• Manage day -to -day accounting operations and financial transactions
  
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory regulations
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports
  
• Handle inventory management and monitor stock reconciliation processes
  
• Compute sales records and ensure accurate financial documentation
  
• Prepare periodic accounting process reports and management reports
  
• Conduct account reconciliations and identify discrepancies
  
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities
