Our Client is seeking an experienced Account Manager responsible for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong, long -term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic account management.
Manage and grow assigned client accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business and client objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling escalations and complex issues.
Identify upselling and cross -selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support) to deliver client solutions.
Prepare and present account performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support account strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service -level agreements (SLAs), and contractual terms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Compulsory SAM (Strategic Account Management) certification.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client -facing role.
Strong knowledge of account planning, client lifecycle management, and revenue growth strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
