Job Description - Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager responsible
for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining
strong, long -term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven
experience in strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    and grow assigned client accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction
    and retention.
  • Develop
    and execute strategic account plans aligned with business and client
    objectives.
  • Serve
    as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling escalations and
    complex issues.
  • Identify
    upselling and cross -selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate
    with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support) to deliver
    client solutions.
  • Prepare
    and present account performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
  • Lead
    contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
  • Monitor
    market trends and competitor activities to support account strategies.
  • Ensure
    compliance with company policies, service -level agreements (SLAs), and
    contractual terms.


Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Compulsory
    SAM (Strategic Account Management) certification.
  • Minimum
    of 5 years’ proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar
    client -facing role.
  • Strong
    knowledge of account planning, client lifecycle management, and revenue
    growth strategies.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven
    ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency
    in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Strong
    analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.
  • Ability
    to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
