Account Manager@Lagos - Internet Service Provider (Telecommunication).

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
  
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and statutory deductions.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  
• Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE, withholding tax, and other statutory filings.
  
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost control.
  
• Maintain the general ledger and perform month -end and year -end closing activities.
  
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
  
• Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory records where applicable.
  
• Analyse financial data and provide recommendations to management.
  
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  
• Perform other accounting and finance -related duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  
• Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, SAP, ERP systems, etc.).
  
• Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
